A. All season ticket renewals must be paid in full by May 1, 2008.

Q. WILL I GET A CONFIRMATION OF MY ON-LINE PAYMENT?

A. Yes, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. If you do not receive the confirmation, please email GOLIONS@PSU.EDU.

Q. WHAT CREDIT CARDS CAN I USE TO PAY MY INVOICE ON-LINE?

A. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express

Q. I GIVE ENOUGH TO THE NITTANY LION CLUB TO QUALIFY FOR ADDITIONAL SINGLE GAME SEATS, HOW DO I REQUEST AN APPLICATION?

A. Please send an email to Golions@psu.edu or call 800-833-5533. Please include your NLC account number. Applications will be mailed in May.

Q. HOW DO I REQUEST A CHANGE IN MY SEAT LOCATION?

A. Please print out a seat change form by clicking here (PDF format) and mail to the Athletic Ticket Office, 240 Bryce Jordan Center before May 1, 2008. SEAT CHANGES ARE PROCESSED IN LATE JUNE.

Q. HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY TICKET ORDER?

A. Please pay the amount of your original invoice. During the payment process, you will be asked if you wish to make any changes to your invoice. Please describe the changes you wish to make, and the ticket office will charge the additional monies due to the credit card used to pay your invoice. If you wish for your original seats to be re-located to be near new seats, please click here to print the seat change form and mail to the Athletic Ticket Office.

Q. IF I PAID MY INVOICE ON-LINE, WHY DID I STILL GET A PAPER INVOICE? IS THERE A PROBLEM WITH MY PAYMENT?

A. Ticket invoice data is sent to the printing company at 10:00 a.m. on March 10, 2008. Anyone who paid after that time will receive a duplicate invoice. If you have received an email confirming that your tickets are paid, please save it, and disregard the paper invoice.

Q. HOW DO I ORDER TICKETS FOR NITTANY LION ROAD GAMES IF I PAID ON-LINE?

A. Ordering information will be emailed to you or you may order from your paper form included in your season ticket renewal.

Q. CAN I STILL RECEIVE A PAPER INVOICE AND WRITE A CHECK?

A. Yes, if you do not pay this invoice before 10:00 a.m. on March 10, you will receive your paper invoice and you may pay by check. Invoices will be mailed at the end of March.

Q. WILL EVERYONE BE ABLE TO APPLY FOR TICKETS TO THE FOOTBALL GAME AT SYRACUSE IN SEPTEMBER AND AT OHIO STATE IN OCTOBER?

A. No. We will only be accepting applications from Nittany Lion Club members with at least 100 points (Syracuse) and 200 points (Ohio State). After the June 15 deadline, an actual number of NLC points needed to secure tickets will be determined and seats assigned.

Q. WHY DID I GET AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION AND MY FRIEND/NEIGHBOR, ETC. DID NOT?

A. Email notifications were sent to every season ticket holder that has provided email address. If they wish to be included in future emails, they should visit www.GoPSUsports.com and click the link for season ticket holders to update account information and add their email address.

Q. IF MY FRIEND/NEIGHBOR, ETC. DIDN'T GET THE EMAIL, CAN THEY STILL PAY ON-LINE?

A. Yes, they just have to know both their account number and password/PIN number. If they do not know their password, we will mail it to them through the US mail. Please contact the Athletic Ticket Office at (800) 833-5533 or The Nittany Lion Club at (800) NITTANY.

Q. WHEN WILL TICKETS BE MAILED?

A. Ticket mailing begins in Mid-July and takes two to three weeks to complete.

Q. I QUALIFY FOR RESERVED PARKING FOR THE FIRST TIME THIS YEAR, DO I PAY FOR IT NOW?

A. New reserved parking will be billed separately. You will receive an application to request specific parking lots in April.
