Played four years of varsity field hockey at Cox...team captain senior year...led Falcons to state runner-up finish in 2004 and state quarterfinals in 2005...regional runner up and Beach District champs in 2004 and 2005...National Indoor Tournament champions senior year...won a silver medal at the Virginia Commonwealth Games in 2005...winner of the sportsmanship award junior and senior years...also lettered in track...a team captain, holds the school record in the 300 and 100 hurdles...won Most Improved Award for track in 2003 and 2004.
