Sophomore Emily Dougherty heads into her second season with the Penn State fencers looking for her first dual meet action. The Colorado-native will compete in the foil again in 2007-08.

HIGH SCHOOL/PERSONAL: Dougherty fenced for the Northern Colorado Fencers in Boulder. A graduate of Monarch High School, she lettered in volleyball and soccer during her high school days. She was a member of the National Honor Society and received the President's Volunteer Service Award.
