The first annual Lady Lion THINK PINK Day, presented by The Barash Group, was the first event of its kind for Lady Lion Basketball. The event raised $20,490.95 for the Susan G. Komen Foundation and the Pennsylvania Breast Cancer Coalition. More than 8,800 pink-clad fans witnessed the Lady Lions post a 70-61 win over the Wisconsin Badgers on Feb. 4, 2007.
On February 10, the Lady Lions and their fans will team up in the fight against breast cancer, both on the court and in the stands, for the Second Annual THINK PINK Day proudly supported by Mimi Barash Coppersmith. The Lady Lions will wear pink uniforms to face Iowa at the Bryce Jordan Center and all fans are being asked to wear pink as well.
