Summer 2007: Placed 14th in the 100 back and also swam in the 200 free at Mid-Atlantic Senior Championships. He then swam in the 200 free at U.S. Nationals.

2006-07: Took the year off and was not on the roster.

2005-06: Josh made a drastic improvement in his sophomore year, as he logged five first place finishes in individual events and was a part of one first place relay team during the year. At Big Ten Championships, he scored points for the Nittany Lions with a 13th place finish in the 200 freestyle, the only Nittany Lion to score point in that event, and as a part of the 800 free relay team.
Meet-by-Meet Highlights: Placed third in the 200 IM sixth in the 100 back and was on the second place 200 free relay team in the Indiana/Ohio State/Penn State tri-meet....Won the 400 IM, finished third in the 100 back and was on the second place 200 free relay team in the dual meet vs. Kenyon....Part of the sixth place 200 medley relay team, the first place 800 free relay team and placed sixth in the 200 free at the Shamrock Invitational....Finished third in the 200 back and sixth in the 200 IM in the dual meet vs. Rutgers....Won the 100 back in the meet vs. St. Boneventure....Picked up points for Penn State with a sixth place finish in the 200 free and a second place finish in the 200 IM in the dual meet at Florida....Picked up points for Penn State in the 200 IM (16th place), 400 IM (11th place), and as a part of the 800 free relay team (5th place) at the Ohio State Invitational....Won the 100 back and was on the third place 200 medley relay team and placed second in the 200 IM in the dual meet vs. West Chester....Won the 200 back and 200 breast in the dual meet vs. LaSalle....Finished third in the 200 free, second in the 500 free and was a part of the third place 400 free relay team in the season-opening meet vs. West Virginia.

2004-05: Top finishes included wins in the 200 free and 400 free relay at Virginia. He took first place in the 200 free against West Chester and first place in the 400 IM against Miami. Grham had one of his best performances of the season against St. Bonaventure with three individual wins: 100 free, 500 free, and the 200 IM.

High School: Earned four varsity letters on the swimming team at Menchville High School in Newport News, Va. and served as a team captain his senior year....As a senior, broke the state record in the 200 freestyle....Also competed in the 2004 U.S. Senior National Championships in Palo Alto, Calif., placing 34th in the 200 free with a time of 1:55.04.

Personal: Josh was born on August 18, 1989 in Newport News, Va....He is the son of Walter and Teresa Graham and has a brother, Jacob, and a sister, Sarah....Lists basketball as a hobby....Majoring in kinesiology.
