At Wisconsin:
Josh was a member of the diving team at Wisconsin for two years. He placed in the top 25 on all three boards during both his freshman and sophomore years at the Big Ten Championships and earned Big Ten Diver of the Week honors twice.

High School:
Josh earned four varsity letters at Ridley High School in Folsom, Pa. and as a senior was named the Daily Times' Aquatic Athlete of the Year. He was a three-time qualifier for the Class 3A state meet and won state championships as both a junior and senior. He also placed fourth in the state as a sophomore and also won the district championship as a senior. Additionally, he was a two-time Junior National Qualifier from 2003-04.

Personal:
Josh was born on November 12, 1985 in Chester, Pa. He is the son of Kevin and Patricia Bonner and he has a twin brother, Justin, who is also a member of the diving team. He also has a younger brother, Shane. He is majoring in wildlife and fisheries science and lists beach volleyball and playing the guitar as hobbies.
