California-import Colby Rhodes comes to Penn State after a stunning senior season that saw him earn High School All-America honors and score nearly 100 points. A physical and athletic offensive threat on attack, Rhodes will look to earn playing time on Penn State's attack and is one of a number of talented new offensive players in Penn State's class of incoming freshmen.

HIGH SCHOOL/PERSONAL:
Rhodes scored 55 goals and dished off 35 assists for 90 points during his senior year at Severna Park High School in La Jolla, Calif. An outstanding student, Rhodes was on the Severna Park Honor Roll three straight years. He is the son of Bryce and Sue Rhodes and has one sister, Jacqueline. His mother played field hockey and lacrosse at William and Mary as well.
